Foreperson/Project Management - Start @ 4:30 PM 20-hour course held on Tuesday & Thursdays. This course will train you to understand the major goals of a Sheet Metal Foreperson/ Project Manager, identify the broad functional areas, and the skills necessary to be successful. Rigging/ Signaling - 8 hour course held on 1 Saturday. This course will cover the safety issues in the operation of all types of cranes, equipment inspections, basic operator and rigger skills. Also includes concepts and techniques for handling, attaching, and moving loads. This course will go over the use and understanding of all standard hand signals, the importance of the safety aspect of the hand signals as well as the voice communications that are required.
